Golden Circle Premium Juice products are made from squeezed fruit. They are not made from concentrates and are available in convenient long life packaging. All standard products contain no preservatives, no added sugar and no added water. They do however contain all the goodness of natural fruit.

Fresh juice is squeezed from fresh fruit
Not From Concentrate Pasteurised Freshly squeezed juice, including natural pulp, is flash pasteurised to sterilise the juice. Packaged Fresh juice is aseptically packed into Tetra Paks and PET bottles. Product is shelf stable at ambient temperatures for 9 months. Golden Circle not-from-concentrate juices combine the goodness of fresh fruit juice with the convenience of ambient long shelf life.		From Concentrate Evaporation Process Pulp free, freshly squeezed juice enters a vacuum environment where most of the water is evaporated. Storage The juice concentrate is frozen and stored in drums Reconstituting Process When required, the frozen concentrate is thawed and reconstituted by adding potable water. Essences and oils, lost during evaporation, are added back to the juice. Pasteurised The reconstituted juice is pasteurised. Packaged The reconstituted juice is aseptically packed into Tetra Paks and PET bottles. Product is shelf stable at ambient temperatures. The majority of juices are produced using this method
